My little Beanie wearin' baby!

Monday night we had so much fun! Some of our friends came over for dinner and they have little miss Anna Morie, she is so cute! Micah's 4 months older than Anna, but they had so much fun playing!

And I was so proud of Micah for not trying to take her paci. (since we are on week 3 of no paci. Yay!)

They kissed each other...so sweet!





Micah found this pink beanie in her closet the other night and now she insists that she wears it all day. She even took her nap with it today. I just love this kid!

I think this pic is my favorite...she is so pouty and beautiful in this! LOVE IT!

I've also been working on a few projects. I was wanting a small side table for our living room but haven't found the right size yet. I mentioned this to my mother in law and she had one. It is perfect.

18 months old...going on 20 :(

Micah has this wonderful habit of running into rooms and closing the door behind her, as if she is trying to hide from us. She did this tonight and was being really quiet behind the door, I figured she was just waiting on me to surprise her when I opened it, but to my surprise, she climbed up in the office chair and was typing.

Maybe Josh and me are on the computer too much! However, it did make for some cute pictures...this is so funny to me!




I'm a big girl now! She was clicking the mouse, which cracks me up that she picked up on that from us.

We've been teaching Micah her body parts...She has gotten really good at them and I thought it was kind of funny. She also has an obsession with shoes these days. Hope you enjoy the videos!

The Old Becomes New!

I just realized I haven't blogged since the fourth of July. We have had so much going on lateley, however, I seem to always find time to ready everybody elses blogs.

This past week, Micah had her first haircut. I know she doesn't look like she has enough hair to cut yet, but I was told that trimming it up will help it to grow faster. It's crazy, I can already tell that it has grown since last week. Here are few pics from her haircut. We go to East of Eden and Katie cut her hair. She did such a great job and Micah no longer has a rats tail. (It looks so much better)

Also, I've been meaning to put up before and after pictures of our house. This was all done back in February and I'm finally getting to posting pics. We still haven't done the bathrooms and laudry room yet, but we will get to it eventually.

Firecracker Dud

Our fourth of July was rather eventful...not really...it was kind of sad. Saturday night, Josh came down with a stomach bug and then Micah started running a fever and has a huge sinus infection (thank you teeth) and to top it all off, one of my yorkies started running fever and threw up.

My poor, pitiful babies, however, I did manage to get some pics of Micah. She's the cutest flag I've ever seen :) But you can tell in her eyes she doesn't feel good.

I did go out to my parents Sunday afternoon for burgers and swimming. It was a lot of fun, but I missed having Josh with us. Oh well, there's always next year!

It was so cute, when I got the camera out she started posing for me. It was cracking me up.

Boy, have we been busy!

Well, we have been really busy this week. We went to the pool with with Leslie and Tilly on Thursday, then Micah had her first tractor ride with her daddy. We also got to see Madeline, Micah's other cousin, because she is in town from Arizona. Here are a few pics from this week.. Enjoy!
